Product Overview

This JCD-C 75mm co-rotating twin screw extruder is specially designed for engineering plastic modification, adopting a modular design principle with high torque and high precision configuration. Its core components and control modes can be flexibly combined according to the performance requirements of engineering plastics and process needs, integrating versatility, universality and specialization. Equipped with multi-channel vacuum exhaust, multi-type screen changing and pelletizing systems, the bimetallic wear-resistant barrel and advanced tri-axle transmission box ensure stable and efficient production of high-end engineering plastic modified products, and realize high-output and high-quality processing of various engineering plastics.

The L/D ratio of the unit, combination form of barrel and twin screws, feeding method, screen changing & pelletizing method, and electrical automation control mode can be customized for the performance of engineering plastics and process requirements, realizing the unification of versatility, universality and specialization.

Configurable with 1, 2 or multiple vacuum vents to maximize the removal of waste gas and volatile substances, effectively improving the purity of finished engineering plastic products.

Various efficient screen changing methods to meet different filtration needs, including manual, automatic, hinged, single-station and multi-station types, adapting to different production efficiency and material impurity levels of engineering plastics.

Optional pelletizing solutions for different engineering plastic modification scenarios:

  • Water-cooled strand pelletizing
  • Air-cooled die-face hot cutting
  • Water-ring die-face pelletizing
  • Eccentric water mist pelletizing
  • Underwater die-face pelletizing

Flexible barrel opening designs: top, bottom and side openings for easy maintenance and cleaning. Circulating cooling water channels ensure accurate and stable temperature control during engineering plastic processing. Barrel with bimetallic wear-resistant lining, featuring high wear resistance and high precision, meeting the high-quality processing requirements of engineering plastics.

Support multiple feeding forms to adapt to different raw material types of engineering plastics such as powders, granules, bulk materials and liquid additives:

  • Single screw / twin screw / hollow screw feeding
  • Forced feeding / side feeding
  • Liquid injection system

The power part can be configured with AC frequency conversion control or DC speed regulation control to realize stepless speed adjustment, matching the optimal process speed for modification of different engineering plastics.

New tri-axle parallel transmission box structure with oil-immersed and forced cooling lubrication. Equipped with low liquid level alarm function for safe operation. Enables high speed, high torque and high output stable running of the unit, suitable for continuous and efficient production of engineering plastic modification.
