Product Overview

This JCD-50B co-rotating twin screw extruder is specially engineered for plastic compounding and general plastic modification, featuring a high-adaptability modular design and stable high-output configuration. Its core components including L/D ratio, barrel-screw combination and feeding system can be flexibly customized according to the performance of various general plastics and actual production process requirements, integrating versatility, universality and specialization. Equipped with multi-channel vacuum exhaust, multi-type screen changing and pelletizing systems, the bimetallic wear-resistant barrel and high-torque tri-axle transmission box ensure efficient and stable production of plastic compounding products, and realize high-quality processing of various general plastics with a production capacity of 150-200kg/h, which is an ideal equipment for medium and small batch plastic compounding production.

Core Features & Advantages

The L/D ratio of the unit, combination form of barrel and twin screws, feeding method, screen changing & pelletizing method, and electrical automation control mode can be customized for different plastic compounding processes, realizing the optimal matching of equipment and production requirements.

Configurable with 1, 2 or multiple vacuum vents to maximize the removal of waste gas and volatile substances in the plastic compounding process, effectively improving the purity and physical properties of finished plastic products.

Various efficient screen changing methods are available, including manual, automatic, hinged, single-station and multi-station types, to meet the filtration needs of different plastic raw materials and compounding formulas, adapting to continuous production of plastic compounding.

Optional pelletizing solutions for different plastic compounding product requirements, easy to switch and suitable for mass production:

  • Water-cooled strand pelletizing
  • Air-cooled die-face hot cutting
  • Water-ring die-face pelletizing
  • Eccentric water mist pelletizing
  • Underwater die-face pelletizing

Flexible barrel opening designs (top, bottom, side) for easy maintenance and raw material cleaning, suitable for switching different plastic compounding formulas. Circulating cooling water channels ensure accurate and stable temperature control during processing, and bimetallic wear-resistant lining has high wear resistance and precision, meeting the long-term production requirements of plastic compounding.

Support multiple feeding forms to adapt to different raw material states in plastic compounding (powder, granule, bulk material, liquid additive):

  • Single screw / twin screw / hollow screw feeding
  • Forced feeding / side feeding
  • Liquid injection system

The power part can be configured with AC frequency conversion control or DC speed regulation control to realize stepless speed adjustment, matching the optimal process speed for compounding of different general plastics and ensuring the uniformity of plastic mixing.

New tri-axle parallel transmission box structure with oil-immersed and forced cooling lubrication, equipped with low liquid level alarm function, enabling high-speed, high-torque and stable running of the unit, and ensuring continuous and efficient production of plastic compounding.
