This JCD 65/132 bimetallic conical twin screw barrel is specially designed for high-torque extrusion and high calcium PVC processing. It is widely used in high-fill PVC profile, pipe, wall panel and decorative extrusion production lines with calcium powder filling.

Adopting SACM645 alloy base with high-density bimetallic alloy layer, it has stronger wear resistance and torque bearing capacity than ordinary nitrided screw barrels. It ensures stable plasticizing and smooth extrusion even under long-term high-load operation, greatly extending service life when processing highly abrasive materials.
