JCD Series high wear bimetallic screw barrel is a key matching component specially designed for injection molding machines. Adopting high-quality 38CrMoAlA alloy steel as the base material with professional bimetallic overlay welding technology, it has ultra-high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, which is specially used for long-term processing of various abrasive and corrosive plastics.
With high-precision machining and stable structure, it ensures smooth material conveying, uniform plasticizing and stable injection molding, effectively extending the service life and reducing the frequency of replacement and downtime.
