To meet the rapidly growing demand for new energy modified plastics and plastic recycling in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, our company has officially upgraded and mass-produced a new generation of high wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant twin screw and barrel assemblies.

In recent years, the booming production of flame-retardant PP, glass fiber reinforced materials, battery packaging plastics, and recycled plastic granules has brought severe challenges to traditional screw accessories. Standard nitrided screws are easily worn and corroded when processing high-filler and flame-retardant materials, resulting in short service life, frequent machine shutdowns, and increased production costs for plastic manufacturers.

Based on actual overseas production conditions, we have optimized the alloy layer structure and heat treatment technology for twin screw barrels and single screw barrels. The upgraded products feature strong wear resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, stable extrusion performance, and longer service life. They are perfectly suitable for compounding lines, masterbatch production lines, and plastic recycling lines.

Our screw and barrel series covers mainstream models such as 52, 65, 72, 75 twin screw extruders and all common single screw extruders. We support standard stock supply and customized non-standard processing according to customer drawings.

At present, our upgraded screw and barrel accessories have been widely exported to Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria and other countries. They help local plastic factories reduce replacement frequency, improve production stability, and greatly lower maintenance costs.
